Responsibilities

Oversee incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
Provide expert guidance on Service Desk operations to improve user support and satisfaction.
Utilize Service Now to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks for increased productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing systems.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain optimal functionality.
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to current infrastructure to stay ahead of industry trends.
Ensure security protocols are integrated into infrastructure solutions to protect organizational data and assets.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of infrastructure tools and processes.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
Implement best practices for infrastructure management to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
Support the hybrid work model by ensuring infrastructure solutions are accessible and reliable for remote and on-site employees.
Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in Incident Management with a proven track record of resolving complex issues efficiently.
Showcase proficiency in Service Desk operations emphasizing user-centric support and service improvement.
Exhibit advanced knowledge of Service Now including workflow automation and system integration capabilities.
Possess strong skills in Windows environments ensuring compatibility and performance across platforms.
