The position is primarily responsible for developing partnerships across HR functions to deliver value-added services to management and employees that support the achievement of the organization's business objectives.

- Partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives
- Support organizational development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives across assigned business units
- Conduct organizational assessments, employee surveys, and data analysis to identify workforce needs and recommend action plans
- Provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters
- Recommend and implement HR interventions to improve employee retention, morale, engagement, and productivity
- Identify training needs, competency gaps, and support succession planning and talent development programs
- Design, facilitate, and coordinate employee engagement activities, team development sessions, learning interventions, and stay and exit interviews
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR functions
- Proven experience in Organizational Development (OD), employee engagement, culture-building, and training or learning programs
- Experience in the banking, financial services, fintech, or related regulated industry is an advantage
