We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives through effective scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative management. The role includes preparing expense reports, maintaining organized records, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily priorities.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for quick access.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Oversee administrative functions including correspondence, email management, and office coordination.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide proactive support in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant.
  • Strong background in administrative support and office management.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fastpaced setting.
