Your Role

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding marketing efforts by repurposing content, managing social media channels, and supporting brand growth through consistent, high-quality output.

You Will

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
• Repurpose long-form video content into engaging short-form formats such as Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Transform transcribed notes and internal materials into compelling blog content
• Collaborate with the team to increase marketing output while ensuring brand consistency
• Support content organization and publishing workflows, including Shopify updates when needed
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong experience in social media management and content creation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to edit and produce short-form video content
• Excellent writing skills for blogs and marketing copy
• Must have hands-on experience in content-focused execution
• Creative mindset with the ability to repurpose content across multiple formats efficiently
  
  

Preferred Skills/experience

• Familiarity with Shopify
• Open to high-potential junior candidates
• Can do short forms of YouTube videos.
• Experience working in a dedicated marketing or content production role
