Project Manager (Night Shift)

Innovuze Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager (Night Shift) to join our team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while aligning with our night shift schedule to support overseas clients and leadership. Our development environment features highly skilled, autonomous developers and top-tier architects. Because our technical team operates with a high degree of independence, this role is not about micromanagement. Instead, we are looking for a professional who excels at meticulous tracking, capacity visibility, and clear reporting. We need a project manager who can keep project data flawlessly organized so leadership and stakeholders always have an accurate, real-time view of project health.

You will be stepping into a versatile role managing two main tracks:

• Track 1: Client Implementations: Managing the pipeline of third-party software integrations and standard digital presence projects.
• Track 2: Core Platform & Launches: Managing internal development roadmaps for proprietary software alongside specific client projects launching on those platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Visibility and Tracking

• Maintain absolute data integrity within Azure Boards and internal tracking tools so that task statuses are always accurately reflected for leadership.
• Build and maintain capacity planning trackers to forecast developer bandwidth and proactively prevent bottlenecks.
• Generate clear, concise weekly status reports for the Client Solutions team and executive leadership.

Agile Facilitation & Unblocking

• Facilitate standard Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) with the goal of overall project alignment.
• Act as the ultimate unblocker—tracking down pending assets from clients or technical answers from architects so developers can focus entirely on coding.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Ensure third-party tech integrations map perfectly to the signed Statements of Work (SOW) and client agreements.
• Balance the competing priorities of internal platform upgrades (requested by architects) against custom feature requests needed for upcoming client launches.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Engage directly with clients as needed to gather requirements, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects moving forward.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into plain English.
• Represent the project team professionally in client-facing interactions, ensuring a positive, solutions-oriented experience.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Technical Project Management experience in software development.
• Proven experience managing capacity and resource planning in a matrix environment, specifically handling shared technical resources across implementations, maintenance, and internal software projects.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to build manual capacity trackers in tools like Excel/Google Sheets while dedicated resource software is being evaluated.
• Ability to understand web architecture deeply enough to comprehend what senior developers and architects are building, translating that into plain-English updates for stakeholders.
• Experience thriving in an environment where you are trusted to manage the process while letting the engineers manage the code.
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (specifically Azure Boards) and modern tracking tools.
