Overview:

The Services Onboarding Set Up Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Customer and Partner contracts are accurately reflected in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role manages the end-to-end Customer Set Up process — including New Account Set Up in Siebel and Microsoft Dynamics and the creation of Configurable Part Numbers (CPNs) in SAP — that triggers the MPS Order to Cash process, Revenue Recognition, and the allocation and recording of Hardware Assets, Annuities, Consumables, and Toner Reconciliations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Onboarding to Resolution, Accounting, Global Services, and Partner Management to bridge process gaps and deliver accurate, compliant customer and partner setups.

What You Will Do:


  • Set up customer information in required Lexmark systems including Siebel, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and the Toner Reconciliation Admin tool
  • Analyze pricing details from signed contracts and Accounting Files and translate them into CRM systems
  • Review and execute post set up validation using available tools such as Macro Checker, Set Up Checklist, and Reports
  • Investigate and resolve Customer Set Up related issues including Service Request issues, consumable supply, hardware ordering, and pricing concerns using problem-solving techniques such as RCA
  • Process Partner Set Up requests in Microsoft Dynamics and monitor daily system fallouts, applying specific instructions to resolve issues
  • Manage and track requests through work management tools including Kofax Total Agility, World Wide Ticketing Tool, and ServiceNow
  • Participate in and recommend ideas for continuous improvement and process documentation initiatives


What You Need to Succeed:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance/Accountancy, or other relevant fields
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience with knowledge in 2 or more areas: Business Analysis, Information Technology, Financial Services, Managed Print Services, or related business
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Dynamics, Siebel, SAP (ECC & CRM), TREC DB, and Customer Portal
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in WW Ticketing Tool, Kofax, and ServiceNow
  • Advanced to Expert proficiency in Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner) and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret contracts, policies, and work instructions
  • Willingness to work in any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) as deemed appropriate by business needs
