Overview:


The Sold Supplies Sales Specialist supports Sold Supplies Account Managers across multiple sales channels by providing administrative and operational support related to pricing, order management, inventory monitoring, reporting, and reseller engagement. This role plays a key part in supporting sales performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring a positive customer and reseller experience.

What You Will Do:


  • Develop discount price quotes in partnership with Sold Supplies Account Managers
  • Create, manage, and monitor SME activity and utilization
  • Provide daily updates on direct orders and order status
  • Manage first-level escalations related to order management and inventory concerns
  • Support inventory reporting and backlog management activities
  • Monitor reseller websites to ensure accurate product listings
  • Track and consolidate month-to-date sales performance against targets
  • Communicate with resellers and customers regarding inquiries and support requests
  • Provide backup coverage for sales resources during planned absences
  • Manage SharePoint collections and reseller-related information
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Perform audits and quality assurance reviews for operational reporting
  • Coordinate with pricing, order management, and other support teams to improve processes and share best practices
  • Assist with training development and continuous improvement activities


What You Need to Succeed:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in Sales Support, Order Management, Customer Service, Business Operations, or related functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and email management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or similar business systems preferred
  • Knowledge of sales support, order management, and purchase order processes preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience supporting sales teams in a shared services environment
  • Experience working with reseller or channel partner operations
  • Advanced Excel reporting and data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with Xerox products, supplies, or related business operations
  • Lean Six Sigma training or continuous improvement experience
