Anaplan Model Builder

We are seeking a skilled Anaplan Model Builder with Model Builder Certification to join our Supply Chain Application Support team. The successful candidate will focus on technical and application monitoring, incident alerting, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Anaplan models within the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the supply chain application support teams to provide advanced Anaplan support, focusing on technical and application monitoring.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively manage supply chain incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Anaplan-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular health checks and performance analysis of Anaplan models.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Anaplan models, processes, and monitoring protocols.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on monitoring best practices and Anaplan maintenance.
• Work closely with supply chain stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure effective monitoring and incident management.
  
  

Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification is required.
• Proven experience in monitoring and maintaining Anaplan models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (SQL).
• Experience with supply chain management processes good to have.
• Knowledge of technical and application monitoring tools and techniques
