Role Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Specialist to manage administrative operations for our device finance business in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations, sales, or finance teams in consumer finance or fintech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to operations, sales, collections, and finance teams
- Manage office operations, documentation, and record-keeping, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards as required by management
- Support onboarding, HR coordination, and employee record maintenance
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of operational documents and records
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners for administrative needs
- Assist in process improvements and workflow optimizations across departments
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1-3 or more years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in device finance, consumer lending, or fintech operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
- Knowledge of Philippine office and regulatory compliance standards is a plus
- Play a key role in supporting a growing device finance business in the Philippines
