Role Overview

The Project Coordinator is a client-facing role responsible for organizing, collecting, and managing project-related data required for engineering studies. Acting as the key communication link between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, this role ensures that all required information is gathered efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of project data from clients, including:
• Building appraisals
• Property drawings
• Other required documentation
• Organize and track all incoming project information to ensure completeness
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and internal teams
• Communicate with clients primarily via email and occasionally via phone
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing or incomplete data
• Maintain accurate records and updates within project management systems (e.g., Monday.com)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills (primary requirement)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
• Proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, email, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Ring Central) is a plus
  
  

Training & Development

• No specialized technical background required (e.g., engineering or finance not necessary)
• Role-specific processes and technical knowledge will be provided through structured training
• New hires will be paired with internal team members for onboarding and gradual ramp-up
