ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION & CONTROL
WORK EXPERIENCE : At least 10 years of relevant experience; 5 years of which in supervisory capacity or 3 years managerial capacity
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the department; ensure that the turnaround time has met.
- Conduct regular meetings to address operational issues and concerns.
- Makes appropriate corrective action or recommendation.
- Conducts performance evaluation.
- Review the work of the supervisor.
- Ensure internal controls are followed.
- Signs/approved documents/transactions within his authority.
- Prepares memo/communication as needed.
- Ensure policy compliance by all staff.
- Prepares necessary Journal entries for certain assigned accounts
- Prepare accounting schedules for certain assigned accounts
- Ensure accuracy of all accounting balances in preparation for financial statement
- Ensure that all government mandated remittances (SSS, PHILHEALTH, TAXES, etc.) are filed on or before due date, including reportorial.

- Knowledgeable in preparation of Financial Statement
- Knowledgeable in handling tax examination
- Knowledgeable in handling the concerns of external auditors.
- Knowledgeable in all aspect of accounting from AP , Disbursement, Payroll, Taxation, and Budgeting
