Profile
Areas of responsibility:
- Completed business studies or a comparable degree with additional qualification in the field of HR, alternatively completed commercial training with further training as a recruiter, personnel clerk, or comparable experience
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in HR Generalist role
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant HR processes as well as legal knowledge
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office required
- With your self-organization and motivation, you strengthen the entire team
Areas of responsibility:
- Planning, implementation and development of processes and projects in the areas of personnel administration, recruiting, employee management and employee retention
- Processing of payroll accounting
- Coordination and management of cooperation with external partners and service providers
- Ensuring needs-based personnel controlling
- Control and monitoring of personnel expenses
- Active monitoring and implementation of personnel development measures
- Support and advice for executives and the management in all personnel-related issues
- Further development and support of employees
