The Account Coordinator at Sesimi is pivotal in ensuring that both Content Delivery and Compliance Management services are executed flawlessly. This role involves direct support to Account Executives and requires precise coordination and management of multiple tasks to meet the demands of North American clients during night shifts.

- Assist Account Executives by preparing and overseeing the briefing of template content to the Design Engineering team.
- Efficiently organize, tag, and categorize creative assets for optimal storage and accessibility.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting notes for both internal and external Work In Progress (WIP) meetings and attend these meetings to document crucial details and action items.
- Conduct thorough testing of content templates to ensure their accuracy, responsiveness, and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage the final stages of template approval and oversee their live implementation across extensive retailer networks.
- Compile and manage ad hoc compliance and performance reports tailored for Account Executives' needs.
- Perform detailed creative assessments and maintain rigorous documentation and updates of brand compliance guidelines.
- Provide support to Compliance Account Managers in daily operations and strategic project execution.
- Exceptional command of both written and verbal English.
- Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in productivity and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Monday.com, Asana, Slack, and Zoom.
- Prior experience in content coordination, creative production, or compliance management is highly valued.
- Experience working night shifts and flexibility in scheduling to align with North American business hours is preferred.
