We’re on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer who can bring content to life through clear, impactful visuals and knows how to translate brand strategy into polished design. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Lead Designer and marketing team to support a variety of creative projects, including client reports, marketing materials, social media graphics, web ads, email newsletters and more. Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.

- Produce high-quality designs that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and marketing strategy
- Design visually compelling client reports that reflect both our brand and the client’s identity. Create engaging marketing materials, including email newsletters (eDMs), social media creatives, and digital ads that boost click-throughs and drive engagement
- Work closely with the Lead designer and marketing team to deliver cohesive, impactful designs, maintaining consistency with our high standards
- Ensure all outputs are polished, consistent, and optimized for both digital and print formats
- Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Skilled at developing cohesive visual identities that reflect brand values
- Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, especially for content like reports and marketing materials
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrates brand identity design and multi-channel creative execution.
- Eye for design and sophisticated design skills
- Proven ability to handle constructive criticism with a positive and growth-oriented attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
