We're currently looking for a Consultant to join our Performance Management team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance, accounting, or business analysis, who is looking to deepen their consulting experience and develop their expertise in planning technologies like Workday Adaptive Planning.

In this position, you'll contribute to delivering impactful planning solutions by supporting analysis, model building, testing, and client communication throughout project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Assist in analysing client requirements and documenting solution designs.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Workday Adaptive Planning models and reports.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to deliver project milestones.
• Participate in client workshops, providing input and capturing key information for solution design.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients.
  
  

Essential

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years' experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or business analysis roles.
• Experience working with Excel and developing basic financial models.
• A data-driven mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A genuine interest in solving business problems using data and technology.
• A relevant university degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  
  

Highly Regarded

• Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar tools (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Oracle, etc.).
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning processes.
• Previous consulting or project experience (even as part of an internal team).
• Familiarity with cloud systems or basic scripting (e.g., SQL, Python).
