As a Customer Data Specialist, You Will
- Collect, organize, and analyze customer data from various sources.
- Enrich data using technology and manual data capture.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand data needs and provide relevant data support.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and efficiency.
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize customer data and trends.
- Respond and analyze online customer reviews
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in data cleansing, data stewardship, or a related role.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and proficient with other Microsoft platforms.
- Familiar with customer data standards and governance.
