Job Description:
Position Title: Work From Home Customer Service Representative
Training Pay: 550 pesos* /Day
Training Period: 60 working days ON SITE**
Salary after passing training: 15k PHP base and up to 100k PHP (full breakdown below)
Reports To: Team Leader/Supervisor
Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time
Location: Clark Pampanga (our only site location) for training then fully remote after training
THIS IS A PERMANENT WFH POSITION

- training is the first month, and for your second month on site upon fully graduating you will be on your 15k CSR salary
- We do NOT offer any relocation assistance.
- Handle outbound calls
- Read from provided scripts and follow given call flow
- Follow coaching feedback and directives given by team leader and site management
- Maintain professional attitude and behavior on site
- Reliable internet connection
- Dedicated workspace in the area you will be working remotely from
- Coachable
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal and rapport building skills
- With or without experience
- With or without college degree
- Ability to self-manage and stick to tasks
- Fully paid training
- Choice to continue working on site or going fully remote upon completing training
- Free complete work-from-home setup upon fully graduating from our training program (monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and PC)
- Pay will be on the 5th and 20th of each month
- Leads are counted Monday thru Saturday
- Individual health leads - 250 peso each
- Group health leads - 500 peso each
- Live call transfer individual health leads - 750 peso each
- ACA live call transfer leads - 500 peso each
- Final expense leads - 250 peso each
- Final expense transfer leads - 400 peso each
- Medicare leads - 250 peso each
