The HR Administrator supports core HR operations by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring HR processes align with labor laws and compliance requirements. This role serves as an essential partner to the HR team by driving accuracy in documentation, supporting benefits and payroll processes, and assisting with employee data management.

Schedule

  • 8-hour shift
  • Tuesday to Saturday
  • Night shift: 3:00 am - 12PM (Start time may be as early as 12am PH Time)


Supplemental Pay

  • 13th month salary
  • Anniversary bonus


Job Description:


• Handle HR administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding schedules, and maintaining some employee records.

• Support HR processes related to employee benefits, payroll documentation, and recruitment logistics.

• Ensure accurate and confidential handling of employee data and documents.

• Maintain records using HRIS platforms and generate simple HR-related reports as needed.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) to organize data and support daily HR operations.

• Communicate professionally with internal teams to follow up on missing documentation and resolve basic HR-related queries.

• Assist in compiling compliance records that adhere to Hawai‘i labor requirements and internal policies.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR procedures are consistently followed.


Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of experience in HR-related administrative support.

• Must have a stable employment history.

• Familiarity with HR administration processes, employee records management, and basic onboarding procedures.

• Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms for record maintenance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
