We're Hiring: Workday Developer!
We are looking for a skilled Workday Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday functionalities and be able to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our HR processes and systems.
Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Work Mode: Flexible office & remote

What You'll Do
Design and develop customized Workday solutions to meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday integrations and configurations
Optimize existing processes within the Workday system for improved efficiency
Provide support during system upgrades and enhancements
Document technical specifications and maintain proper change logs
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in developing and configuring Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
Experience with integration tools such as EIB or REST APIs is a plus
Ability to work independently in a flexible environment while meeting deadlines
