Your New Career

We are seeking an experienced Wordpress & Web Operations Developer to manage and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms at our office in Manila. The office you will be based in is located at The Penbrothers International, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan 1 Tower, United Street, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing 10 active websites, while also overseeing hundreds of domains that support our global marketing strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role — you’ll collaborate with content marketing specialists, CRM stakeholders, and global tech leads to implement pages, improve site performance, and launch new digital initiatives across international regions.

You’ll also lead the build and deployment of new WordPress websites and templates, manage infrastructure-level tasks (like SSL, staging environments, and DNS), and apply updates to ensure our websites remain modern, fast, secure, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management
• Oversee 10+ websites to ensure uptime, security, and technical performance
• Monitor plugin versions, backups, caching, and WordPress core updates
• Domain Administration
• Manage hundreds of domains including DNS routing, SSL, redirects, and renewal scheduling
• Coordinate with vendors for acquisitions and launch readiness
• Page & Landing Page Creation
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create high-performing landing pages using Elementor, Bricks Builder, and custom code
• Ensure consistent styling, responsiveness, and UX across all pages
• Web Design & UX Updates
• Apply visual updates aligned with brand guidelines
• Implement UI elements independently when a UI/UX designer isn’t available
• New Website Development
• Build new WordPress websites to support business growth, campaigns, and testing
• Set up and manage staging environments with clean deployment workflows
• Technical Collaboration
• Work closely with global marketers, Salesforce/HubSpot admins, and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of forms, tracking scripts, and workflows
• SEO & Performance Optimization
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness to align with SEO standards
• Audit and enhance website structures (sitemaps, indexation, redirects) to improve crawlability and rankings
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to monitor keyword performance and support SEO-driven content strategies

Who We Are Looking For

Technical Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar web operations or WordPress-focused role
• Proven experience managing multi-domain architecture and complex plugin environments
• Proficiency in Elementor and deep knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem
• Comfort working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and light PHP (debugging, forms, theming)
• Working knowledge of DNS, SSL, staging vs. production environments, and hosting platforms
• A collaborative mindset and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices, including site structure, SEO titles, meta descriptions, and page speed
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for monitoring performance and identifying opportunities
• Ability to support SEO strategies through technical implementation and collaboration with content teams
• Working knowledge of DNS, SSL, WHM/cPanel, staging vs. production environments, and hosting platforms
