Position Summary
The Data Engineer - Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights to guide our clients' marketing strategies and improve overall campaign performance. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, to analyze data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM systems. You will develop intuitive dashboards, automate reporting processes, and create compelling visualizations that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Position Summary
The Data Engineer - Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights to guide our clients' marketing strategies and improve overall campaign performance. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, to analyze data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM systems. You will develop intuitive dashboards, automate reporting processes, and create compelling visualizations that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
- Pay range monthly: $2500 - $3000 USD
- Location: Remote-Philippines (100% Work From Home)
- Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM Central Standard Time
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor (40 hours/week)
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have real-time insights.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights) to track campaign performance.
- Automate reporting processes to streamline data collection and distribution across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with marketing and client services teams to define KPIs and provide insights that optimize campaign strategies.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by validating and cleaning data before analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights that drive marketing effectiveness.
- Knack for “figuring it out” when taking on new tasks or processes
- Strong desire to grow and learn more, highly coachable
- Technically savvy, able to understand how systems work and interact quickly
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights.
- Reporting against defined performance KPI standards
- Setting up conversion tracking for digital analytics and ad pixels
- Experience with Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Experience with Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experiential knowledge
- Prior experience working in a professional services organization
- 0-3 years professional experience in digital marketing
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working
