Job Description

As a Wholesale Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day wholesale operations, managing timelines, resolving issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Wholesale Operations: Ensure timely and accurate acknowledgment of wholesale orders, monitor fulfillment progress, and address logistical issues with cross-functional teams.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to refine operational timelines, address inventory needs, and develop future operational enhancements.
• KPI Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify execution gaps and recommend improvements
• Policy Alignment: Address and resolve policy-related concerns to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
• Tech and Innovation: Assist in defining technical requirements for future wholesale operations enhancements.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a proven ability to manage wholesale operations and align cross-functional communication.
• Be driven by operational excellence and meeting KPIs.
• Showcase exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess 2-5 years of experience in operations or wholesale management, preferably in eyewear, fashion, or personalized consumer products.
