We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical WFM Planning Analyst I to join our team in Pasig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of workforce management principles and contribute to optimizing operational efficiency through data analysis and forecasting.

What You'll Do
Analyze workforce data to forecast staffing needs and optimize schedules
Monitor real-time performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency
Collaborate with various departments to gather insights for planning purposes
Prepare reports and presentations on workforce analytics for management review
Assist in developing strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs
Support the implementation of new tools and processes related to workforce management
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in workforce management or analytics role
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with workforce management software
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
