Artillery Philippines is looking for a Sales Representative!

Mission:

Your main mission is to hop on enrollment calls, qualify leads, and close on the call, helping leads overcome their fears and roadblocks to further empower them as aspiring mangakas. You must be able to retain a 20% closing rate every month.

Work Setup and Schedule:

• Work From Home
• 2 Days-off: TBD
• 1st Month of Training: 2 pm - 11 pm
• 2nd Month onwards: 8 am - 12 pm, 8 pm - 12 am (you will be catering to US Morning and Evening time)

Requirements:

• Stable internet connection with own video camera & microphone
• Someone who sincerely believes that sales is a form of helping people solve their problems and get them closer to their goals
• Comfortable doing regular phone calls and online calls via Zoom back-to-back
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (leads are mainly from the US and sometimes Europe)
• Must be willing to work on at least 1 weekend (day off will be 1 weekend and 1 weekday)
• Excellent at multitasking
• Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys learning and problem-solving
• Diligent at follow-ups with leads (call, email, texting)
• Can work independently and with a team
• At least 2 years of sales experience

Responsibilities:

• Close on Zoom sales calls
• Follow up with leads via call/chat/text
• Assist lead in tap backs
• This includes calling, texting, chatting, and emailing lost leads
• Assist in pre-qualifying leads as necessary
• Maintain sales trackers and other sales reports
• Assist in improving and developing systems and processes for the sales department

• You get anxious when you talk to people on a call (whether one-on-one or in a group)
• You want a slow-paced, comfortable, repetitive job
• You have a hard time multitasking
• You easily get discouraged when things don't go as planned
• Sales goals and numbers stress you out

Compensation: 3-month training period:

• P15k base pay + $180 commission PER closed deal (Target of 7 - 10 closed deals per month)
• Basic Benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG
• 13th-month bonus
• Mid-year bonus
