The Web & UI/UX Officer role involves leading user research through surveys, interviews, and usability tests, translating insights into personas, journey maps, and intuitive UI designs. From strategy to execution, you'll collaborate across teams to craft seamless digital experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Researches user preferences, behaviors, and pain points
  • Conducts user surveys, interviews, and usability tests
  • Analyzes existing user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develops detailed UI designs based on wireframes and prototypes
  • Collaborates with the development team to ensure the feasibility of designs
  • Conducts usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
  • Works with the development team to address any post-launch issues
  • Works with Internal units (e.g. Legal, Compliance, DCG,..etc.) to ensure platform is fully compliant with all applicable regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design, user research, or product design
  • Proven track record of conducting usability tests, user interviews, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design principles
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into development
  • Strong skills in user research methodologies, data interpretation, and persona creation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially with developers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for user-centered design
