Web Data Analytics Specialist

Remote VA PH is currently looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to review and analyze our client's web data for accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, attention to detail, and experience in working with large datasets. This role involves ensuring that the company’s web data is accurate, up-to-date, and used effectively to inform business decisions.

Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Key Responsibilities:

Data Review and Validation:

• Regularly review web data sources (Google Analytics, website databases, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies across various web platforms and correct them
• Verify data integrity by performing regular audits on datasets and data collection methods.
  
  

Data Analysis:

• Create reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and present findings to management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for website performance improvements.
  
  

Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on data accuracy, trends, and key findings
• Document data processes, methodologies, and changes to ensure transparency and repeatability of analysis
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analytics, data validation, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• A plus: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and/or data visualization tools
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues
