Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation to maintain 99% accuracy in real-time tracking systems
  • Supervise receiving, picking, packing and shipping operations to meet daily distribution targets for all goods
  • Implement and enforce protocols, optimize warehouse layout for high-volume order processing and train staff on best practices.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, identify discrepancies and coordinate with Procurement team for product replenishment
  • Generate reports on stock levels, damages, and KPIs for senior management review
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff handling scheduling, performance reviews and disciplinary

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the distribution business
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or any related field, or equivalent 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in distribution
  • Proven expertise or experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and proficiency in Excel formulas
