Warehouse Staff - Jala Jala, Rizal

Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma
• Preferably with experience in warehouse
• Basic computer skills and familiarity in Excel and MS application
• Able and willing to do physical activities such as lifting boxes or bagged products for dealers.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Receiving and verifying delivered products based on the delivery invoices.
• Physically inspects the products for damage or breakage and files documents for ease of retrieval.
• Managing and organizing products in the stockroom and visual merchandising/display following the First In, First Out and First Expiry, First Out standards.
• Implementing security guidelines in the stockroom and store areas.
• Responsible for handling keys to the stockroom and restricting entry to authorized persons.
• Picking and bagging products ordered by dealers based on packing standards.
• Performing cycle count in coordination with the Branch Supervisor for reconciliation of any product variances, physical verification and counting of stocks once a month.
• Preparing and submitting reports on time as requested by Supply Chain Management.
