Landscape Supervisor

Responsible for:

• Supervising and managing day-to-day landscaping operations at various project sites (Rizal Area).
• Ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed according to plans, within budget, and on schedule.
• Regular site visits, managing and monitoring the performance of landscaping teams, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Collaboration with clients, contractors, and other departments to ensure that landscaping work aligns with project goals.

- Recommend suitable plant/tree species based on project goal, environmental conditions, and maintenance requirements.

- Creation of basic layout sketches for planting beds, pathways, and other features ensuring adherence to vision, preferences, and specific design requirements.

- Supervise installation and ensure proper execution of design elements.

• Inspection completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Management of equipment and materials, ensuring that the necessary supplies are available on-site.
• Ensuring the compliance with environmental regulations and health and safety standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities for landscaping staff.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and safety records.
