  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse layout in alignment with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Manage warehouse personnel: hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and enforcing safety standards.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material flow.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on warehousing, shipping, and material handling.
  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive productivity and reduce waste.
  • Monitor equipment usage and maintenance; ensure safe operation of forklifts and other tools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse KPIs.
  • Track fleet vehicle condition and location if applicable to the operation.
  • Plan future storage capacity and resource needs based on production forecasts.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies within the warehouse.
  • Manage and support warehouse staff, and develop high-performing warehouse team through effective training and mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in a factory or industrial setting.
  • Expertise in warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
  • Proficient in WMS, Planning systems, and Microsoft Office; experience with databases and reporting.
  • Knowledge of lean warehousing, KPIs, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
