This role will be trained in all major processes of Operations, Engineering and Quality Assurance; will work under direction to complete projects as required and other activities associated with the training program
- Attend trainings as defined per department, OJT and evaluate work output
- Perform hands - on training and attends periodic evaluations
- Adhere to guidelines of the training program
- Work with different team as defined on the Training Program and SMEs for learning success
- Responsible for completing project assignment
- Give feedback and report on status of projects at regularly scheduled meetings
- Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
- Recommends improvement activities
- Maintain effective communications to provide an open and free flow of information
- Complies with Company rules and regulations; and ability to demonstrate Asurion Core Values
- Executes, contributes to, and participates in 5S activities within assigned station/area
- Perform other duties as maybe required
