RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and manage inventory levels, reorder supplies, and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers. Ensure timely and efficient handling of shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping and receiving logs, and any warehouse-related documentation. Update databases and filing systems as required.
- Address customer inquiries related to shipments, inventory, and order status. Work closely with the warehouse team resolve any issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with the warehouse team to implement best practices in efficiency, safety, and quality.
