  • Assist with receiving, scanning, and storing inventory in a timely manner.
  • Handle the picking, packing, and dispatching of products for Modularity Home Inc, a premier wholesaler and distributor in the home goods sector.
  • Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently meet the distribution demands of our clients.
  • Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum requirement of a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level:
  • Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands.
  • Experience in staff coaching and personnel management.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
  • Financial literacy to manage inventory and resources.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assist in managing daily warehouse operations.
  • Coach and lead warehouse staff effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Work involves physical activities, including lifting and moving stock.
  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
