Waiters

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The Waiters will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. They will greet customers, take food and beverage orders, deliver orders promptly, and ensure accurate billing. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be attentive to customer needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests in a friendly manner and assist them to their tables.
• Taking Orders: Take food and beverage orders from customers accurately and enter orders into the POS system.
• Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy of items and presentation.
• Customer Assistance: Respond to questions and inquiries from customers about menu items and provide recommendations when requested.
• Upselling and Promotion: Promote specials and upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Billing and Payment: Present bills to customers, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Table Maintenance: Clear tables and ensure that tables are clean and set for the next guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in work areas.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Pleasing personality is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
