Bouncer

We are seeking vigilant and assertive individuals to join our team as Bouncers. The Bouncer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at our establishment. They will monitor guest activity, enforce rules and regulations, and handle any disturbances or conflicts that arise. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and conflict resolution skills, be physically fit, and demonstrate professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Entrance: Control access to the premises by checking IDs and ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Maintaining Order: Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with establishment rules and regulations.
• Handling Disturbances: Respond promptly to any disturbances, altercations, or emergencies that occur within or around the premises.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or disputes among patrons in a calm and professional manner.
• Cooperation with Authorities: Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to patrons in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Safety Patrols: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of patrons and property.
• Emergency Response: Assist in evacuating patrons in case of emergencies, such as fire or severe weather.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bouncer, security guard, or in a related field is preferred.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for the security and safety of patrons and staff.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
