He/She is responsible for mis-en-place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets/banquets, ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction.
About The Job Waiter / Waitress

He/She is responsible for mis-en-place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets/banquets, ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries in a courteous manner
- Serve food & beverage to guest accordingly to established service provider and presentation
- Do side duties as assigned on a daily basis by Outlet/Banquet Supervisor
- Have a complete underestanding of hotels products and offering, hotel's and procedures/policy including relating to Fire, Hygiene, health, and Safety
- Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment, wares, and supplies
- Perform other duties as directed by the Management from time to time
- College level (atleast 2 years)
- Good oral and written communications
- Atleast 1 year related work experience
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
