5+ years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Knowledge of real estate market dynamics
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Proven track record in achieving leasing targets
