We're Hiring: VP for Government Relations!
The VP for Government Relations will be responsible for cultivating and managing high-level strategic relationships with key government agencies and LGUs at the Sec/USEC level to advance SNAP’s interests and initiatives. The role entails developing and executing engagement plans, anticipating regulatory and policy risks, ensuring compliance, and positioning SNAP favorably with policymakers and stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will provide strategic leadership to the government relations team, drive advocacy efforts, and strengthen SNAP’s capabilities in stakeholder engagement, regulatory affairs, and policy influence while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and long-term business goals.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive government relations strategies
Build and maintain relationships with key government officials and agencies
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the organization
Lead advocacy efforts and represent the company in government meetings
Analyze policy impacts and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and requirements
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in government relations or public affairs
Strong understanding of Philippine government structure and processes
Proven track record in policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Leadership Experience And Team Management Skills
