Call Hero is a call recording and conversation analysis software. Where it's mission is to help health business owners easily measure and train their teams to dramatically convert even more phone calls into new patients.

You Will Be Responsible For

You Will Be Responsible For
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Manage appointment calendars and patient schedules
- Gather information from new patients
- Provide excellent customer service across communication channels
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Ensure accurate and complete information is recorded using appropriate tools
- Call Center experience is required
- Experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dental) is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (American or neutral accent preferred)
- Strong phone handling and interpersonal skills
- Persistent, proactive, and highly motivated
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems or Jane App is a plus
- Experience in insurance verification and billing is an advantage
- Flexible schedule and dependable internet connection
- Must have a noise-cancelling headset
