Work Schedule and Arrangement:Flexible, Remote, Shift is within Pharmacy hours (10:30PM-9:00AM)
Responsibilities:
- Clean up faxes and electronic requests
- Answer phone calls
- Process refills/new prescriptions
- Follow pharmacist's instructions
- Process admissions
- Contact doctors/facilities for clarifications
- A graduate of BS in Pharmacy or a Registered Pharmacist
- Familiarity with Pharmacy SIG codes
- 6 months experience in a BPO healthcare account is a plus
- Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
- 35 wpm or faster
- Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- Willingness to work overtime is a plus
- Monthly salary of 15,000 - 20,000 (depending on BPO healthcare experience)
- New hire bonus of 5,000
