Are you organized, proactive, and ready to support a busy entrepreneur managing a variety of dynamic ventures? This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced and flexible role, ensuring smooth operations across diverse business and personal activities.

In this remote position, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations for a Bali-based client, managing everything from emails to rental property inquiries and even basic design tasks. If you thrive in a supportive environment and love keeping things running efficiently, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Email Management: Organize, prioritize, and manage a high volume of emails to keep communication smooth and efficient.
  • Rental Property Inquiries and Management: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential renters, ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you'll monitor the upkeep of properties, manage supplies, and coordinate necessary maintenance to ensure everything is always in top condition.
  • Villa Sales Support: Proactively seek out potential buyers for luxury villas, playing a key role in business growth.
  • Personal Task Management: Assist with personal tasks and ensure rental properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
  • Basic Design Work: Use Canva to create simple, visually appealing designs for personal or business purposes.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organized & Efficient: You love staying on top of tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Customer-Centric: You’re responsive, courteous, and professional when dealing with rental inquiries and potential buyers.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using tools like Canva and apps like Gojek/Grab (or similar all-in-one apps).
  • Adaptable: You can handle new and varied tasks with ease, adapting to the needs of a diverse set of business ventures.
  • Positive & Proactive: You thrive in a supportive work environment, and you bring a can-do attitude to every challenge.

Preferably with at least 1 year of experience, but not required.

    • Working hours: 15 hours a week, flexible between 9 am-5 pm Bali time zone (with the potential to increase hours as the business grows)

    • Monthly starting salary: $180-$300 (depending on level of experience and background)
