How you’ll make an impact:

Join us as a Sales Consultant and play a key role in client engagement by handling inbound text inquiries from potential patients. This role focuses on educating prospects about the clinic's procedures and converting leads into treated patients at certified provider locations. You’ll be essential in guiding prospective clients through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial inquiry to treatment scheduling.

Role Overview:
In this critical role, you will engage with prospective clients through text messaging, using the clinic's approved CRM and applications. You will highlight the benefits of the clinic's procedures, provide personalized responses, and ensure a professional and tactful communication style, focusing on driving conversions from leads to treated patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: You will respond to customer’s inquiries via text messaging promptly and professionally, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Sales Messaging: You will use lead engagement and nurturing software to provide clear, informative responses, highlighting the clinic’s procedures and their benefits.
  • Personalization: You will tailor responses and templates to address individual customer needs and provide a personalized touch.
  • Project Support: You will assist with additional sales-related tasks and projects, contributing to the overall sales process.
  • Professional Communication: You will be able to maintain respectful and tactful communication at all times, following approved guidelines and processes.
  • Technology Use: You will utilize the clinic's designated software and applications for all client interactions, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Required Experience:

  • Sales Experience: You will bring proven experience in sales, customer service, or client engagement, demonstrating an ability to drive conversions.
  • CRM Proficiency: You will have familiarity with lead nurturing software and CRM tools, allowing you to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Communication Skills: You will bring strong written communication skills, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all customer interactions.
  • Analytical Thinking: You will analyze lead engagement data, using insights to adjust messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Tech Savvy: You will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, supporting your ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical Virtual Assistance Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a medical virtual assistant, demonstrating familiarity with client engagement in a healthcare setting.
  • Medical Background: A background in the medical field is a plus, but not required. Candidates with medical knowledge will have an advantage in understanding client needs and procedures.
  • Appointment Setting Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting within the medical space is a plus, showcasing an ability to handle patient inquiries and scheduling efficiently.

Schedule:

Night Shift: 10pm-7am (Manila) 9am-6pm (Morning US CST)

Occasional overtime may be required. Once trained, weekend coverage is needed for at least a couple of weekends per month.
