How You'll Make An Impact

Join us as a Sales Consultant and play a key role in client engagement by handling inbound text inquiries from potential patients. This role focuses on educating prospects about the clinic's procedures and converting leads into treated patients at certified provider locations. You'll be essential in guiding prospective clients through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial inquiry to treatment scheduling.

Role Overview

In this critical role, you will engage with prospective clients through text messaging, using the clinic's approved CRM and applications. You will highlight the benefits of the clinic's procedures, provide personalized responses, and ensure a professional and tactful communication style all while driving conversions from leads to treated patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via text, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Use lead engagement and nurturing tools to provide informative, persuasive responses that highlight the clinics services.
  • Tailor message templates based on individual customer needs for a personalized experience.
  • Contribute to sales-related tasks and projects that support the end-to-end sales process.
  • Maintain a tactful and respectful tone in all interactions, following approved processes.
  • Utilize designated CRMs and applications to manage interactions efficiently.


Required Experience

  • Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, or client engagement roles with measurable conversion impact.
  • Comfortable using lead nurturing software and CRM tools for tracking and engagement.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Ability to interpret engagement data and refine strategies to improve conversion.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage workflow and tasks.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially as a virtual assistant, is highly valued.
  • While not required, a background in the medical field gives candidates a distinct advantage.
  • Experience scheduling patient appointments or handling medical inquiries is a plus.

Schedule:

Training Period (2 - 4 Weeks)

U.S. Time:

Mon - Fri | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM CDT

Philippine Time (PHT):

Mon - Fri | 11:00 PM 8:00 AM PHT (same calendar day)

Training takes place overnight in the Philippines, Monday through Friday.

Post-Training Schedule

U.S. Time:

Mon - Fri | 5:00 PM 2:00 AM EST

Philippine Time (PHT):

Tue - Sat | 5:00 AM 2:00 PM PHT

Regular shifts start early morning and end early afternoon Philippine time, Tuesday through Saturday.
