Virtual Medical Assistant (AU Medical, Office-based)

Description

Salary: 30,000 Package Monthly

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience and proven track record in a medical customer service environment
• Demonstrated highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting Australian clients is highly advantageous
• Experience in an inbound/outbound call environment
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Proficient use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  
  

What will you do?

• Attend to patient calls to book appointment in the system
• Set expectations with patients before coming for the appointment
• Ensure all enquiries are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous manner ensuring a high level of conversion, whilst showing passion about customer service and being empathetic to the needs of clients.
• Display excellent listening skills and sharp attention to detail towards our clients.
• Ensure highly effective communication and customer service skills are displayed to all clients
• Add notes in Patient’s file/ Appointment Notes if there is any important info that the doctors, nurses, reception should know
• Effectively prioritise tasks according to department requirements or business needs
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested
