We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Assistant to handle all communications with the company from a remote position. The virtual assistant's responsibilities will also include managing corporate schedules, making travel plans, and issuing invoices.

We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Assistant to handle all communications with the company from a remote position. The virtual assistant's responsibilities will also include managing corporate schedules, making travel plans, and issuing invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and return phone calls in a professional manner.
- Coordinate calendar management tasks such as scheduling meetings, rescheduling, and confirming meetings.
- Take care of email management duties and update contact lists when necessary - including writing, proofreading, and sending emails.
- Book and confirm accommodations, logistics, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Perform additional administrative tasks such as online research, and data entry.
- Anticipates needs prior to meetings, conferences, etc.
- Uses a project management tool to keep all projects organized and track progress.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree preferably in a Communication, Marketing or Administration field.
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience and well versed in communicating with C-Level Executives inside the organization. Experience in handling cross-functional projects is preferable.
- Have experience overseeing business from a high level, acting as a liaison to the Executive with involvement/insight on the activities within each department.
- Naturally organized with hands-on experience with project management tools.
- Excellent at creating reports that are straightforward and easy to understand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to get along with a team and work with diverse groups.
- Active and clear communicator to make sure project stakeholders are always in the loop.
- Effective communicator to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of time through miscommunications.
- Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks independently with little or no supervision.

- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
