We are looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in both organic and paid marketing strategies to create and execute campaigns that converts web and social media traffic into actionable business leads. Conversion rate is a key consideration. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in developing data-driven digital marketing strategies, optimizing conversion rates, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn, SEO, and paid ad platforms. Your work will play a critical role in establishing our client’s brand visibility and generating qualified leads for their niche services.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, build brand awareness, and most importantly drive lead conversions.
- Focus on both organic and potentially paid marketing strategies to generate measurable results.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize website visibility on search engines.
- Design and manage advertising campaigns using tools like Google Ads and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
- Develop a content marketing strategy, including creating or curating engaging posts for social media platforms.
- Monitor website and campaign performance, optimizing for key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Create clear reporting dashboards to track campaign outcomes and identify improvement areas.
- Support lead-generation initiatives with effective follow-up systems to capture and nurture potential clients.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with our client’s brand and business goals.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with both organic strategies (e.g., SEO, content marketing) and paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing performance tracking tools.
- Experience with social media marketing, specifically LinkedIn, to target professional audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while aligning with the client’s vision and business goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and campaign outcomes clearly.
- Familiarity with IT consulting, risk management, cybersecurity, or data-driven industries is a plus but not mandatory.
