About The Role

You will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while ensuring our online presence remains consistent, professional, and engaging across various platforms.
Role Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling using Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents in Google Drive and Dropbox.
- Create, update, and track projects in Monday.com to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, including follow-ups and coordination across teams.
- Maintain and update business listings across Google Business Profiles, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Yelp, Thumbtack, and LinkedIn business pages.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all online platforms. Track listing performance and report insights or recommended improvements.
- Support light content creation and visual updates using Canva (graphics, posts, templates).
- Coordinate and communicate effectively via Slack, ensuring clear task documentation and progress updates.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, and major online listing platforms.
- Strong understanding of online profile management, including Google Business, Yelp, and LinkedIn.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
- Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
