What You'll Do
- Assist with setting up and managing automations across business tools.
- Support with basic video creation and editing for training or marketing purposes.
- Help organize and execute operational tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.
- Provide general virtual assistant support as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the client to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, GoHighlevel).
- Basic video editing skills (any common tools like Canva, CapCut).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through on tasks.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
