Are you looking to kickstart your career in E-commerce? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic E-Comm Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role is office based, permanent full time, working Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm.
As a well-established, Australian-based Advertising and Marketing company and provider of outsourced staff, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant - E-Commerce to join our growing team in our Cagayan de Oro City office. Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
- Product Listing: Create and maintain detailed product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support via email and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Photo & Video editing and creating.
- Inventory Management: Track and update inventory levels to maintain accurate stock records.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and organize data into our e-commerce systems.
- Order Processing: Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent English skills are mandatory as you will be required to work with Australian clients
- Strong computer skills, and experience in Administrative tasks or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in E-Comm platforms & Social Media is desirable, but not essential (Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Solid organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities with a focus on prioritization.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Confident in direct communication with clients and customers.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with complex procedures and guidelines.
- Adheres to the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Collaborative team player.
- Willingness to learn new products and processes.
