Site Architect / Engineer

About the role

As a Site Architect / Engineer at PJA Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and compliance of our construction projects in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting site inspections and audits to monitor the quality of construction work
• Liaising with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve any quality issues
• Reviewing and approving project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Implementing quality control procedures and documenting the results
• Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation to demonstrate the quality of the construction work

What we're looking for

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of interior fit-out of high-end houses
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality
